How long does it take to receive my order?
Our delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. Here you can track your shipment.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is packaged and handed over to DHL (usually the next day), you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can then enter this on the DHL website.
Returns
What is my return policy?
You have the right to return items without giving any reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We only accept returns of new and unworn goods.
If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be registered in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your 14-day return period has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended return period, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
How can I return items?
Please note that you bear the costs for your return yourself.
This is how returns work:

Please remember to sufficiently frank your shipment. It is best to keep your postage receipt as proof until the refund has been made.
Can I return multiple packages in one package?
You can also return different orders together in one package.
Please make sure that all clothes are in the package and that the information sheets you receive when registering your return are included in the package.
Can I exchange items?
We currently do not offer exchanges of clothing.
However, we do offer the possibility of a return within 14 days of receipt.
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 30 days.
Have you already received my return?
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification.
As a rule, we need a maximum of 14 days to process your return.
After major sale promotions, the processing time may be slightly longer.
It is best to keep your postage receipt as proof until the refund has been made.
Order
My order is defective, wrong, or incomplete.
In case of a complaint, please contact us by email ( Info@milanoclo.com).
Should you have received a defective piece of jewelry, please send us photos showing the entire piece of jewelry and the defect.
Should you have received a wrong piece of jewelry, please send us a photo of your entire order.
Should your order be incomplete, please also contact us by email.
Don't forget to provide your order number.
I have not received an order confirmation.
Please also check your spam folder if there is no email from us in your inbox.
If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service (Info@milanoclo.com).
Can I cancel or change my order?
A cancellation of your order is of course possible. We can only cancel it as long as it has not yet been processed.
Changes to the order: Unfortunately, an already placed order cannot be changed.
Can I change my delivery address later?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change your delivery address.

Availability
Will sold-out clothes be available again?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date for this, as many different factors play a role.
It usually takes 3-6 weeks for clothes to be back online.
Payment
How secure is online payment?
We attach great importance to your security in payment transactions.
Your data will of course only be transmitted encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by a specially security-certified partner.
