General Return Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal.


Conditions for returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items may be tried on but must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or pet hair

All items will be inspected upon receipt. Items found to be in an unsuitable condition may be refused or only partially refunded.

Please note that processing your return may take 7-10 business days after receipt.


Complaints

An item is damaged or the print is faulty?

If your product is damaged or faulty, please send us an email with a brief explanation and a photo of the defect attached to info@milanoclo.com


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the shipping duration of the return. Upon receipt at the warehouse, refunds are usually processed within up to 10 business days.


Exchanges

If an item doesn't fit, you can easily exchange it via our returns portal. The process is fast and fully automated.

If an exchange cannot be processed, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method.
