The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Germany: 4.50€ 

Austria: 6.50€ 

Switzerland: 8.00€ 

International shipping: 12.90€ 

Free shipping (worldwide) for orders over 69€ 

Vouchers are sent exclusively by email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to vouchers.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
